Shipping policy

All Orders are shipped within 1-6 business days upon receipt of payment, with the exception of orders containing refrigerated products.

The sea moss gels must be kept refrigerated, which is why we don’t ship on weekends to avoid long shipping times. All orders with refrigerated products that are ordered till 12pm on Friday, will be shipped the following Monday.You will receive a Track & Trace number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
